Constitutional Committee

The first Majlis Al-Shura has an enormous task ahead of it. The Majlis will be drafting a constitution that will serve the Egyptian people and the Egyptian state far into the future. While drafting this, we must put aside our political differences, our ethnic differences, and other differences to create this Constitution, our Constitution, Egypt's Constitution. This Constitution will serve as Egypt's guiding light in the future months and years, and will guide its leaders and people down the right paths.
